B58 Turbo Information
The B58 uses a BMTS (Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems) BM90 turbocharger with integrated exhaust manifold. Below are the OEM turbo specifications.
B58 Turbo Variants
- Gen 1 (B58): F-chassis models (2015-2018) - M140i, M240i, 340i, 440i, 540i, 740i
- Gen 2 (B58TU): G-chassis models (2018+) - Larger compressor wheel, upgraded fuel system (350 bar), closed-deck block
- Supra A90: Uses B58 with 2-port or 6-port wastegate depending on year
