The Forged BMW B48 & B46 Internals Package includes parts that are capable of withstanding up to 750HP+ at the crank!.

This kit when combined with the right turbo and bolt on parts, will allow you to run up to 750 - 1000HP at the crank!. These kits come with all parts required, unfortunately a lot of the bolts installed in the B48 Motor cannot be reused once disassembled and as such must be replaced with OEM or aftermarket.

For applications over 600HP Cylinder Head Valvetrain upgrades are required.

THIS KIT ONLY COMES WITH THE LISTED PARTS NOTHING ELSE.

Kit Includes:
- CP Carrillo 10.2:1 Pistons with Steel Piston Pins 82mm Bore (Please enquire should you require a different compression/size). Alternate Compression Pistons Available On Request

- CP Carrillo H Beam Connecting Rods with Carr Rod Bolts

- OEM MLS Head Gasket 0.7mm thick (OE 11128654272) (please notify us if you have a B48E or B48TU as these use slightly different head gaskets)

- 10 x ARP Main Studs

- 10 x M8 x 30mm OEM Oil Deflector Securing Bolts (OE 11418612615)

- 2 x M8 x 110mm OEM Timing Cover Bolts (OE 11137800625)

- 11 x M6 x 31mm OEM Timing Cover Bolts (OE 11147797493)

- 3 x M8 x 40mm OEM Timing Cover Bolts (OE 07119907475)

- 1 x Crankshaft HUB Seal (OE 11118604931)

- 1 x Crankshaft Flywheel/Timing HUB Seal (OE 11148602594)

- 10 x ARP2000 Head Studs

Parts Recommended but not included:

  • Due to varying sizes of Rod Bearings and Main Bearings it is vital you have your engine builder measure these before ordering the correct size (some main bearings and rod bearings come in 3 different sizes!). We also recommend your engine shop source these bearings But an aftermarket Rod Bearing we HIGHLY recommend is the ACL TRI-METAL Racing Rod Bearings or KING Racing Sputter Rod Bearings.
  • For Main Bearings we recommend King Bearings.



Important!

Timing Chain components are excluded and must be purchased separately if they're required to be replaced.
