We have a 30-day return policy for goods ("physical products"), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, once the items ("physical products") have been removed from their packaging and installed we cannot accept returns for the goods.
Please note all accepted returns and cancellations have a 20% restocking fee
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser ("Customer") to ensure they are well aware of what they are purchasing, we will allow refunds for customer "change of mind", before any goods or products or services have shipped or been delivered.
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product or service, or do not accept our tuning disclosure we will refund your purchase, with however a refund surcharge of 15% the value of the purchase price. This is because it costs us to receive your funds and likewise to then return your funds. We cannot be expected to front the cost for refunding your money, especially when you have determined after the purchase in any circumstance that the product or service is no longer right for you.
Subscription Refund Policy
"Navardi Tuned" hold the right to deny a refund after 7 days from the date of purchase of our subscription services, upon any refund "Navardi Tuned" holds the right to revoke all and any access to our subscription services/products.
"Navardi Tuned" holds the right to deny refunds for any reason that does not surround the form, fit and functionality of the service/product.
"Navardi Tuned" holds the right to deny all refunds due to incorrect use, external/"3rd party" damages and/or improper use of our subscription services/products. It is your responsibility to use the subscription services/products correctly. Refunds for these types of products and services fall under a 15% refund surcharge of the price of the subscription, due to the fact we are charged to receive your money then conversely return your money in the event of any refunds
Tune Refund Terms and Conditions
“Navardi Tuned” hold the right to deny a refund due to length of time of the tuning process (OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON), there are also no refunds for ("The Customers") change of mind after your first revision or "base" revision has been sent. There shall be NO expectations of how many revisions will be needed to finish the custom tune.
Performance tuning carries no refunds and does not cover any costs incurred for the following: teardowns, tuning, shipping/ handling/ insurance charges, towing, Mechanic / Service shop time, rentals, or for anything else pertaining to work carried out on the vehicle.
Tuning your vehicle outside of factory specification holds a risk that you the client agrees to and accepts when you tune your vehicle. You also acknowledge this when you elect to agree to the terms and conditions of our tuning disclosure, which we give you ample opportunity to review and determine if tuning your vehicle is the right decision and if you disagree with out tuning disclosure we provide a refund in full. However should have already agreed to the tuning disclosure and work has begun we cannot offer you a refund as work has begun and you have accepted the risks that are associated with this product/service.
Please understand that, every effort is made to be as timely as possible, but unfortunately the tuning process is not instant for custom tunes and turn around times can and will vary. I/We don’t work weekends or major holidays (AUS), so if you (the “Customer”) makes a payment on late Friday, we will not usually be able to start the custom tuning process until Monday at the earliest.
Refunds WILL NOT be given due to unrealistic expectations regarding turn around times or for any other reason. It is important to totally understand that this is a complicated process and is NOT INSTANT.

Physical Goods Refund & Returns Terms and Conditions
For Non Navardi Tuned Parts we make a critical effort to only offer what we feel are the most reputable and highest quality parts for BMW engines. If you install a component and it does not work as advertised or doesn't last as long as it should, please contact us first so we can either offer our assistance, or assist you in making contact with the manufacturer. If you have any questions about warrantees on any particular item, please contact us by email before ordering.
We will contact the manufacture in an attempt to offer a similar product. As the BMW world is highly specialized and often supported by smaller brands; if the manufacture has ceased doing business we may not be able to offer any technical support or warranty for these products. The warranty does not apply and is void in any instance where:
- The product has been used in any competition / racing; sanctioned or unsanctioned. The product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained.
- Repairs have been made or attempted by others. Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
- Alterations have been attempted or made to the product.
- The product is a consumable.
- The product has been in an accident or on a vehicle that has been damaged.
This warranty is limited to repairs or replacement, without charge, of the product/part found to be defective, or at our (Navardi Tuned) discretion; refund of the purchase price. This does not extend to claims for other losses or damages arising from the defect. In no event shall Navardi tuned's liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price of the original product. This warranty does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation of the product. No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranties on behalf of Navardi Tuned for any liability (other than expressed herein) in connection with the sale of any Navardi Tuned product.
Navardi Tuned disclaims any and all liability for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Under no circumstances shall Navardi Tuned be liable for any incidental, indirect, specific or consequential damages arising from purchaser's use of the product.
Rebuilt/Built Engines (and anything pertaining to the subject).
We stand behind our rebuilt engines and heads and offer a 30 day from purchase "Quality Guarantee" on all workmanship and labour in our ‘’rebuilt / built / refreshed’’ components for manufacturer defects.
However; like all other engine builders or engine remanufacturers, all high performance or race builds & parts and "tunes" are without warranty. Once the engine/ head is built for use in a high-performance/race application, no warranty is expressed or implied. Any engine/engines/heads intended or modified in any way from 100% stock reconditioning are sold as a "racing component”.
Navardi Tuned is not responsible for any and all failures that may occur when the vehicle is operated or tested in any fashion. Navardi Tuned will not be responsible or liable for any damages, cost claims, inconveniences, injuries, or expenses related to or caused by any type of failure. Navardi Tuned's warranty covers the workmanship issue only. It does not cover any costs incurred beyond the component/ issue, such as: teardowns, tuning, shipping/ handling/ insurance charges, towing, Mechanic / Service shop time, rentals, etc. For components specified as rebuilt to factory specifications: the warranty covers workmanship and Navardi Tuned's labour to repair only. This does not cover any failures from any BMW components such as head castings, or valves.
To have a warranty claim, the product MUST be sent to Navardi Tuned for inspection. We "Navardi Tuned" will not reimburse for parts/labor, and will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses outside of repairing or replacing the component/s at our sole discretion.
Navardi Tuned's warranty covers the component that has failed, and that component only. It does not cover any costs incurred beyond the stated, such as: teardowns, tuning, shipping/ handling/ insurance charges, towing, Mechanic / Service shop time, rentals, etc.
During the warranty period, if your engine or head has a warranty issue, we will hold the cost of repairs on credit card authorization.
