  • Precision machining required: A 3-axis CNC machine is necessary for accurate block machining. Installation tolerances range between 0.001 and 0.002 inches. Ensure your machinist or CNC can meet these specifications before proceeding.
  • Torque Plate Honing is mandatory for optimal sleeve installation. (N55 Plates can be modified to suit)
  • Very Basic instructions are provided, this is because it is up to your Machinist to develop their own CNC process to fit these in the block
